GRRR... crazy last minute a**holes

Ok... the stupid recover post thing has failed me for the first time I don't know why.

I went to school in the morning just to find out that we were to pay HK$4,800 by the 7th Oct. Well, today's the 10th, and by right, we are to pay a penalty of HK$400 for late payment. It's so ridiculous, cos we were notified through out school crap mail, which is virtually impossible to maneuver and is so damn flooded with useless info that the important ones are like a needle in a haystack. PLUS, the admin had screwed up my email account, I haven't been able to access til these two days.

Luckily my whole class went down to harrass the admin department, and we didn't have to pay the HK$400 if we paid by today. I found out that the email was sent slightly more than ten days before the deadline. What crap, if my dad wasn't in town I can go suck it. Besides, they inform so late, and only give a window of two days to pay. I would like to thank technology here, cos if there's no internet banking, HK$400 would have gone to waste. I'd be so much happier with that HK$400 in my pocket.
